Treasurers report: Not much in withdrawal or deposits this year. $(redacted) Current balance. This does not include the $(redacted) for the bus for Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival in Pullman. Total for LH Jazz fest about $(redacted). which falls inside the $(redacted) IPG had budgeted.
Shannon has half of the senior leis done. The supplies cost $(redacted).

Bake sale before the concert on May 30th. Parents are calling local businesses to ask for bake sale donations. Kary - Birdie’s Amanda - Rosauers Sandra - cake pop friend Charlotte - Safeway & Casual Fridays Shannon - Sweet Frostings & Hello Sugar Bake Sale can take place after school, before, intermission, & after concert. —- we may set up a photo-op backdrop. Check with Natl Honor Society about borrowing SPHS backdrop. —- plan set up for flow with the bake sale and senior boards. —- Senior boards due 5/24. —- Possibly Matt will be making slides of each senior with details about the kids and their pictures.
Sandra suggested turning in uniforms. All (Seniors, chamber & orchestra) will be turning in uniforms, except band & percussion. Band and percussion will play for graduation.
Saturday, June 8th, we will meet the bus here to pick up uniforms.
Saturday, 5/18, call time will be about 3pm. Lilac Festival Jackets are out mostly. On the day, they will pick out pants. We need to meet to safety pin the pants legs. We will take the parade jacket and pants back directly after the parade.
Charms is sold to Cut Time. Matt needs a small group to help with the transition of software. Monday 4/22 during the school day at the beginning of the day.
