Treasurer’s report – Matt spent the grant money from Fall 2023. He got sound equipment and an iPad to run it. There is about $(redacted) left from the $6,000 grant.
Students donated $(redacted) for the Booster basket. IPG matched it and gift cards were purchased and Kali Butler put it together.
Current balance is $(redacted). The IPG donation is $(redacted). for the Portland/Vancouver band trip.
There was a mixup in signals about how much to ask for from Boosters. $(redacted) was the anticipated request, but only $(redacted) was requested.
There is a request on the table for the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival. Students will only spend one night. We have not received an updated estimate for the trip.
A discussion ensued about the amount of funds that are needed to carry over for the new year. As a group, we agreed that the goal is to reserve $(redacted) for the New Year.

The bake sale fundraiser might be between 5th & 6th and afterschool on the day of the last concert of the year, May 30th. The concert will start at 6pm and then there will be a bake sale afterward. We are still waiting to hear if we can sell home baked goods. Sandra has a lead on discounted cake pops.
Current events –
The Portland/Vancouver trip 3/14 – 16. The students are completely funded. There is a need for funds to help with meals for students who may need it. The plan is to ask the parents who offered to pay for an extra student to provide funds for meals. The parents will Venmo money to the IPG. Shannon will be available to pay for the needed meals.
We are going to request that the students are able to use the marching jackets to be easily visible downtown Portland and to wear on Saturday.
Matt, please place a sack lunch order for the kids going to Lional Hampton Jazz fest. The order needs to be placed 3 weeks in advance of the trip.
For the final concert, the awards, tri-fold senior boards, and such. We need the list of awards he is planning to give. Shannon is pricing the tri-fold boards and the bulk ribbon for graduation leis. The motion passed to have Shannon work on that.
